- Vinification: This fine ecological Cava Brut is born from a very elegant blend which is vinified in the most environmently friendly way. These grapes from the land of Requena are harvested at their optimum maturity and processed together to obtain an expressive aroma and fruity flavour.
- Alcohol: 11.5%
- Acidity: 6.0 g/L
- pH: 3.1
- Residual Sugar: 7 g/L
- Color: Golden yellow with green tinges.
- Aromas: Tropical fruit and citric notes well combined with baker’s yeast.
- Taste: Round and elegant in the mouth due to its fine bubbles, with a long finish of mature fruits and fresh pastries.
- Serving temperature: 4-5ºC
- Pairing: Rice dishes, seafood, oily fish, sushi, pasta or with appetisers.
